Detailed specification of services and supplies and data sheet „builders duties“ are integrated parts of every order taken by WOLF MODUL.
All houses/buildings are detailed in the particular specification according to the scope of delivery agreed in the contract, delivered and assembled. All services start from top of basement or from top of basement.
We reserve the right for changes of brochures, sales documents, plans, building materials or technical details due to development, perfective maintenance, accommodation to the local building regulations or technical production and statical reasons.
We prepare plans of top view for base plates (bases) and top of basements respectively (no building plans!), all workshop and assembly drawings as well as essential statically calculations (character of static) for the commissioned scope of construction and delivery.
