First WOLF Modul house in Switzerland
Sax/Area St. Gallen. Sucessful co-operation of Wolf MODUL with a partner company in Swiss. Together with the licence-partner „KASCH Baumanagement“ Wolf MODUL has built the first Wolf MODUL house in Switzerland. Start of building was on September 10th. The Wolf MODUL house is completly finished outside, the interior work is in progress. It`s a timberframed house of type „Single 133“ with a flat office-unit specially added.
One plus one makes three
After a short time of cooperation, our Swiss`licence-partner, KASCH Baumanagement GmbH, has been able to inspire the first Swiss`customer to get a Wolf MODUL house in Switzlerland! „Everything was going on perfectly. This project with our Swiss`partner confirms the right conception of our Modul System and Know-How of co-operation with our partners on site. One plus one makes three, it`s more than the total of the single units“, the manager of Wolf MODUL, Ing. Kurt Schlattinger, is glad about that sucessful project in Switzerland.
Concretely Wolf MODUL supplied the completely construction set and trained the Partners staff and professionals locally on site. The major task of our Swiss` partner KASCH Baumanagement is the whole organisation on site as well as the provision of professionals and his site management staff. The Wolf MODUL house is assembled in co-operation with KASCH Baumanagement GmbH and its partner companies in Swiss. „All involved experts are impressed of the accurate prefabricated buildung components, which allows the fast and economical assembling. The commitment of local professionals completes the Wolf MODUL SYSTEM at the best and guarantees high quality for each customer, affordable prices and optimal services!“, Ing.
